NC ’Cue aims to keep addresses, cooking notes, and other facts as accurate as a small independent guide can manage. We welcome corrections from readers and restaurants.

How to report an error

• Email [email protected] with the restaurant name, what is wrong, and a source if you have one
• Or use the homepage suggest a spot form for tips and leads we should verify

We review useful reports and update the site when we can confirm a fix.

Restaurant requests

Owners and staff may ask us to correct factual listing details (name, address, website, cooking description) or to remove inaccurate information. Send the request to [email protected] with the change needed and supporting detail from an official source when possible.

Editorial judgment about whether a place remains in the curated guide stays independent. Removal of inaccurate facts is treated seriously; paid removal or paid inclusion is not offered.

What we cannot promise

Hours, sellouts, and menus change often. Always verify with the restaurant before you drive. We are barbecue eaters building a field guide—not the restaurant’s official channel.
